In an interview the founder of Scamazon is trying to move the discussion around wealth taxes away from himself and his Epstein class. He’s only got one thing right of the “Tax Wealth, Not Work” movement namely, don’t tax work. Wealth still has to tax wealth, otherwise it won’t solve anything.

    Yeah, we have a progressive tax system (in theory) for a reason. People earning next to nothing shouldn’t be paying taxes. People earning millions should be paying a shit load of taxes. The idea of a flat tax is robbery against the poor.

      I mean, yes, being unfair to the poor is a big reason. But what I was really getting at is how, in the long run, it’s suicidal for the rich, too. Inequality is what makes societies collapse.

          You think those spoiled fucks know the first thing about any practical skill that would aid in becoming a warlord? This is a caste of people so useless that they pay people to produce blood for them. The moment currency is over, so are the chances that anyone with that absurd level of entitlement has any chance of long-term survival.

      making poor people poorer, and angry is a useful tool to keep them voting conservative-wise or center right. they arnt going to suddenly give up that advantage.
