India’s first hydrogen-powered passenger train, said to be the longest of its kind in the world, reached 120 km/h during a test run on the Jind–Sonipat route in the state of Haryana. The train consists of 10 railcars, has a capacity of up to 2,600 passengers, and still needs to complete compliance procedures before entering commercial service.

You are simply in denial here. Hydrogen is the safer technology going by the data.

You failed the thinking test I set. If you can’t explain why it’s meaningless to claim that fewer people have leg injuries whilst skydiving than whilst biking, you have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER what these statistics mean and your claims are stupid.

Your reasoning is nonsensical. Hydrogen cars have not had any dangerous fires or explosions. Gasoline cars have. Basic math suggests that hydrogen cars are safer.

That’s a lie that you didn’t even google to check.

Second news story, fifth news story, sixth saying hyundai and toyota paused hydrogen production after another vehicle explosion, hydrogen fueling station explosion.

Yeah, there are plenty of articles from hydrogen fan sites claiming there are no accidents and no risk of explosions, but it’s a LIE from the hydrogen/fossil fuel industry that you swallowed whole, sorry.

And the hydrogen vehicles are still really pretty new and not worn out. If you have a hydrogen car, don’t leave it in your garage. But don’t leave it out in the sun either. Leave it in a lock up away from your property and your children, and sell it before it’s old. If you can find an idiot prepared to buy a hydrogen car that’s getting old, that is.

There are hundreds of thousands of gasoline fires every year. It is statistically more dangerous to own and drive a gasoline car.

You just don’t get it, do you? You don’t. And I don’t know why I tried to explain it to you three times already, but safe isn’t it for hydrogen.

Safe and one of the most flammable substances on the planet (hydrogen) are opposite.

And guess what’s actually safer? Battery electric vehicles. (Not hybrids, they burn more often than regular fossil fuel vehicles.)

Hydrogen vehicle sales are falling. Good.

There are hundreds of deaths from battery fires already. Maybe even thousands. In all likelihood, hydrogen is safer than li-ion batteries in a car.

You so fucking fail to grasp the concept of relative frequency it’s astonishing. Fourth or fifth time you’ve made the same basic adult numeracy level comprehension error.

And no, you lied again, there are less than 100 fatalities globally ever from battery cars, and they’re nearly all Teslas. Elon Musk was never a fan of safety checks.

Hybrids, like I said, are the most dangerous of the non-hydrogen vehicles and cause over twice as many fires as petrol or diesel vehicles, but those are about sixty times as likely proportionately to cause a fire than far-and-away safest vehicles: battery electric vehicles.

There are definitely non-Tesla fires and there on the order of hundreds of deaths related to them. Many of them happen in China, so we do not hear much about them.
