At first glance, I thought he was golfing on the moon. I don’t golf, but if I were to be on the moon, I totally would want to try golfing on the moon.
Now you know some random dude on the net wants to golf on the moon, enjoy that information I guess.
Also parodied Futurama reference for fun:
We’re golfers on the moon, I’m gonna sink a hole soon, but there ain’t no balls so we tell tall tales and sing this golfing tune.
Thanks for coming to my adhd Ted talk.
Youre gonna love Apollo 14
Here’s a nerd snipe:
Imagine you were in that situation. Imagine you are:
- In a spacesuit
- On the Moon’s surface
- Holding a cell phone
- The cell phone is not on silent, does not vibrate, but will ring when called.
If you’re holding the phone in your hand when it rings, will you be able to hear it? Obviously there is no air to transmit the sound, but there is still a path of solid matter from the phone to your ear - your own body. Would you be able to hear the phone?
Yes, as long as you didn’t accidentally turn off Bluetooth again.
Mark Watney would say this.
