Then someone costed it for less than the figure Musk quoted (I think it was the World Health Organisation) and published their plan publicly with costings. Musk didn’t keep his end of the bargain.

The more effective methods of infrastructure investment, and local agricultural and trade development would cost up to $250 billion a year.
