It’s a rhetorical question. Anyone who provides a good answer risks being called antisemitic by people who would rather deflect valid criticism by (rather racistly) pretending that everyone from a certain place must share certain beliefs, instead of acknowledging that certain beliefs are harmful regardless of who holds them.

It looks like an M16 to me. It certainly has something that could be the charging handle and the thingy that pokes out of the side
Like I said I’m by no means an expert but purely going by size I wonder if it’s not an M4A1. I realise that’s not the point though.
