Yea, couldve maybe accomplished something if they did it in the 80s. It’s too late now for this, unless they juice that war budget up to $2 trillion, which they cant afford
Personally, I think this is the US preparing to devolve into overt military rule over its civilians.
Bingo. But the truth is the budget and manufacturing cannot support big expensive changes like this unless they take 30 years.
Not to mention the US will be even more constrained by the collapse of its hegemony. If anything, I think thus will just accelerate resistance in the US.
Yeah it feels like they are building a plan to set up reverse concentration camps. Like they plan on setting up a military apartheid where only genocidal soldiers are given a reasonable living standard while the bourgeoisie squeeze the workers like slaves.
