As people get older they may become mentally inappropriate, including developing dementia. Unexpected and irrational anger is a symptom of this.

The empire functions despite two presidents in a row being half checked out mentally. Hmmm. Hmmmmmmmm.

Don’t worry, they’ll get one of those two people in office again (assuming nobody dies before the election)

These people believe in the power of the office. They probably get a little teary eyed everytime the Imperial March plays. Or whatever his theme song is.

I think Trump’s problem was the opposite actually, just credulously believing the last person he spoke to. He was so malleable that his advisors would fight over who got the last word in because that’s what he would do.

He was like this in the last election too with the infamous “why why why why why” clip. Liberals just excused it as a stutter and ageism. The media framing of Trump is obnoxious and always brings me back to every single election.

The Republican is the face of evil and if they win the marginalized flavor of the year is going to be sent to camps. The democrats win and then do exactly what the republicans did, only now it’s celebrated and any pushback is angrily shoved aside.
