Get a canister with bags, bagless vacuums spread fine dust everywhere because their cheap undersized filters leak. From previous research the eureka mighty mite is the most recommended cheap vacuum on reddit if you’re in North America. My vibes based science says I think I’d get an extra AC instead of a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier will add extra heat into the living space, making the single AC work harder. The extra AC would cool more and dehumidify.

Since no one else in the thread has mentioned it, do you have wildfire smoke in addition to the heat? Even a few days at a lower aqi (75-100) can make me feel that weighed down/tired feeling in my body, in addition to the headaches. Where I am in has been like that almost every day in June and July.
