The rules are there for the NTs not NDs it’s a bum system. I feel you on the unfair expectations and having to deal with passive aggressive bs. Being pushed to a aggravated state sucks especially when overwhelmed. If you can find any time to centre yourself it can help, some sound cancelling of some kind tends to benefit me or to shut down some sensory input.
