The second one has a mission where you just kill “rogue” American soldiers followed by the next mission where you are in the middle of a battle of Russian and American soldiers and are supposed to kill both of them.

General Shepard was portrayed as a bad apple betraying “true america”. Alas at least nowadays that game is mostly taken as shipping material.
