If you ever call 911 for a medical emergency, send someone* outside to flag down the ambulance.
*Ideally, there’s one person to stay on the line with the 911 operator. The operator will be able to give first aid instructions.

Homeowner created the problem situation, then creating the conditions the driver would suffer for the homeowners choices. I don’t have sympathy for the homeowner on this one.

In the U.S. at least, a new house doesn’t get a certificate of occupancy without permanent numbers attached to the house.

Are house numbers different in Ontario? Are the rsndom? Here if I saw a house between 5119 and 5115 I would know it is 5117.
