Iowa city council debates proper time in meeting agenda to “undo the curse that was just put on our city.”

An Iowa man has kicked off controversy over religious freedom in the small town of Ottumwa, Iowa by opening a city council meeting with a prayer to Satan, which then kicked off a debate about the proper time in the meeting agenda to undo the “curse.”

    It’s funny but the control the superstitions have over people is sad. Wake up to reality, this is the only time we exist and nothing after this, no reward to right the wrongs so enjoy this only time to be conscious stardust. The power to transcend the ego control is within us now. That anyone thought seriously about undoing an imaginary thing, is super senseless and waste of energy.
