    I think it’s just bad lighting and a caveman brow ridge. But also everyone is normally given a bit of makeup when they appear on TV.

      Foundation is normal so your skin doesn’t look shiny under the bright lights. I have never seen makeup artists apply eyeshadow to men before a TV appearance.

      That was my thought. If Trump gets to play dress up why wouldn’t he choose someone on the same level. The question is whether Vance wore makeup before he started courting Trump
