I had a horrible week and took massive Ls because I got sick and I couldn’t focus for the life of me. But this week I want to focus really hard so I can cruise into Christmas weekend and enjoy myself. But I want to try going to bed and waking up earlier. I think it might help me with my sleeping issues (which I also need to endeavor to fix otherwise). Otherwise I have a couple deliverables that are each one step away from success. It makes it feel like I can’t rest yet because it’s so devilishly close to being ready to put into other people’s hands.
I think that a sleep routine is one of the most important things for good sleep. Especially if you can stop using screens and do some reading before bed. I’m trying to do that but it’s still a struggle
