    The two factors that go into cuckoldry are powerlessness and passivity (ie being forced to watch).

    Since the rat is controlling the action, he is not powerless and therefore can not be the cuck. Likewise, since the actor is performing the action–albeit without will–he can not be the cuck, either.

      But he’s mentally powerless, I think it counts. It’s certainly what most cuckold fetishists are actually made “powerless” by.

        Right, but what they’re saying is that the human may be powerless, but he’s not passive.

        It’s almost closer to non-consent, in that sex is being done “to him” without his participation. I’d say.

          Kay, well first off it’s not “non-consent” it’s rape when you don’t have a “consentual” in front of it and there’s no indication they consented.

          Second the man in case is literally a passive observer within their own body.

          Although that’s assuming he’s using the mind-control version of “being Ratatouille’d” instead the actual version which is just being coached but if it’s that version the whole question is just dumb, and that’s impossible.
