It kinda seems like he’s just feeding women to the apartment.
The apartment is the real girlfriend.

Pretty sure the cops won’t buy that excuse…
Thus why he doesn’t get help. Probably threatens to eat the neighbors if he doesn’t come-home by a set time every night… like an abusive parent on all counts, now I think about it.
Just invite them in, maybe the apartment will eat them too
